• RETURN POLICY applies only to online purchases : 
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt date for a refund to original payment, exchange or store credit.
• HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY applies only to online purchases made from 11/29/24- 12/25/24 : 
• Returns are accepted by January 8, 2025  for exchange or store credit.
• All returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
• We do not offer returns on any of the following items: accessories, jewelry, intimates, swimwear, fragrance, and SALE items.
• Special orders & Pre-Orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
• If you require assistance on your return, please email us at hello@shopbellaragazza.com. If you are mailing your return back, securely pack your merchandise and receipt/return form in a box or envelope of your choice. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. 
• You may bring your online purchases to the Bella Ragazza store location for an exchange or store credit ONLY. 
• We reserve the right to inspect any returned items for damages and make judgments as whether the item(s) were worn, altered, and/or washed. We reserve the right to charge a restock fees for non-compliance to our policy or to deny a return in part or full.
